I am so happy to be photographing your family and want to ensure that I capture your unique personalities and special moments. This questionnaire is designed to help me get to know your family better and to understand your preferences and vision for your upcoming photography session. Your responses will help me plan and prepare for the session, so we can create beautiful and meaningful images.
